This retreat is a 2 hour break from the sensory overload of the outside world. A chance for you all to find stillness and take a journey within. Explore yoga flows, breathwork and meditation along with creative tools and insights to help you recharge when needed.

Dance the way I feel

There’s nothing all that serious about this one. This retreat is just an opportunity to release any pent up tension, raise your energy levels, and have a bit of fun through dance! The experience will slowly guide the group from internal awareness to external expression in a safe and friendly environment. Starting by connecting with the breath, then easing into a creative yoga flow that leads into free expression. As the music builds you can follow your own cues to let loose when and how you want to. Dance your heart out in a fully conscious state with no; judgement, sticky floors, creeping, or any of the other punishing stuff that comes with the clubs.
