Terms and Conditions
Health & Safety
You can feel safe knowing I’m a qualified professional with many years experience. However, this said; you are always responsible for your own well-being. It’s advised to let me know at the start of the class/retreat of any current injuries, ailments or conditions, but please also listen to your body’s signals. If any movements or activities exasperate them or make you feel uncomfortable in any way, you are free to do an alternative practice, sit out or leave—no questions asked. At no point are you forced to participate, this is a place of freedom. If discomfort was caused due to another attendee’s behaviour, please let me (Jono) know in person or later via the contact page. It is important that Resonate stays a safe space for all.
Cancellation & Refunds
A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations to receive a refund with the exception of personal or family emergencies. Please be honest with your definition of emergency. Any abusing of this trust will result in refusal of future cancellation requests.
Returns/Exchanges
Art is a very personal thing, what resonates with you may not with others. I therefor ask that you take time to consider your purchase. Although returns are not accepted, a 7 day exchange window is available—providing the artwork remains in its original condition and packaging. Any additional shipping costs will be at your expense.
Environment
Without getting deep into quantum physics we all resonate with this amazing planet we call home. It’s important that we take care of it and all that inhabits it. Therefore it is asked that you treat any: class, workshop or retreat space with respect by disposing of rubbish correctly—recycling where possible.
Sickness
When it comes to any form of contagious sickness, all is asked is that you listen to your doctor’s advice—or better yet—body’s cues, to rest up and avoid interactions with others when needed.
These guidelines have been put in place purely to protect the Resonate community and Papatūānuku, I appreciate your understanding.
Aroha nui,
Jono
